Dahlia Joseph Rowe
Dahlia is a Grenadian National who has practiced law in St. Kitts and Nevis since 2005. Dahlia obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus (Upper Second Class Honors) in 2003 and her Legal Education Certificate in 2005 after studying at the Hugh Wooding Law School. Dahlia also holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of London.
