National Transformation Fund (NTF)

National Transformation Fund (NTF)

  • This option requires a non-refundable donation to Grenada’s NTF, which supports national projects in infrastructure, tourism, and other development areas;
  • Minimum Contribution: As of July 2024, a single applicant or family of up to four must contribute $235,000. Each additional dependent has a supplementary fee based on age and relationship to the main applicant;
  • The NTF route is straightforward, with no real estate holding requirement, making it attractive for applicants seeking a simple, one-time contribution option;

Minimum Investment Contribution

A non-refundable contribution of $235,000 is required for a single applicant or a family of up to Four (4) family members.

Applicants can also qualify through investment in government-approved real estate projects, providing an attractive option for those looking to contribute to Grenada’s growing tourism sector. This route offers a solid opportunity for those interested in combining investment with the country’s development goals.

 

  • Applicants can also qualify by investing in government-approved real estate projects, typically in the tourism sector;
  • Investment Requirement: A minimum of $350,000 is required for an individual investment, or $270,000 for a shared project investment. These investments need to be held for a minimum of five years and incur additional processing and due diligence fees​;

Both routes allow applicants to include family members, although this may add to the overall investment. These pathways, updated in 2024, align with regional standards for CBI programs, helping Grenada attract foreign investment while enhancing its development goal.
